Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Manager of Risk Management for Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. This leader will assist the Director in guiding our Patient Safety-Risk Management program and contribute to improving patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of clinical or risk management experience; CPHRM certification is preferred. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and hospital software, along with knowledge of Joint Commission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• 1–3 years of clinical or risk management experience in acute care.
• CPHRM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and Nevada acute care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Risk Management in leading the Patient Safety-Risk Management program.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve patient safety and risk reduction.
