Qualifications

• Current NH RN license.
• Experience in patient safety and quality improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, clinical teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Risk Management Program, including annual planning and goal development.
• Manage event reporting, risk assessments, and mitigation initiatives.
• Collaborate with professional liability carrier and legal counsel to manage claims and reduce risk.
• Support patient grievance review processes and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Assist organizational reporting for patient safety, risk management, and quality outcomes.
• Lead the Patient Safety Program including planning, evaluation, and goal setting.
• Facilitate patient safety initiatives to promote a culture of safety and high reliability.
• Conduct root cause analyses, FMEA, and investigations related to patient safety events.
• Coordinate patient safety reporting to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Chair and support patient safety committees and follow-up activities.
• Monitor internal and external peer review activities for Medical Staff practitioners.
• Support Medical Staff Quality activities including reporting and documentation.
• Analyze quality metrics and practitioner performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with clinical leaders to enhance care quality outcomes.
