Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• 4 years healthcare experience; 2 years in the relevant discipline/program.
• Current licensure in the Territory of Guam; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development, implementation, and maintenance of the hospital’s Patient Safety Plan.
• Analyze care systems and outcomes to ensure safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Promote timely resolution of patient safety concerns and coordinate data gathering for improvement.
