Responsibilities

• Participates in onsite TJC and CMS survey visits and prepares staff orientation.
• Leads and facilitates Comprehensive Systematic Analyses (RCAs/ACAs/FMEAs).
• Reviews safety events, triages, analyzes, and proposes corrective actions.
• Collaborates with clinical, operational, and data teams to drive improvement.
• Supports governance reporting and presents quality performance summaries.
• Provides education and coaching to staff on safety and quality processes.
• Drives physician peer review decisions and coordinates related activities.
• Ensures adherence to GBMC values and patient-centered care.
