Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college or equivalent coursework.
• Experience in customer service or call/service center.

• Knowledge of nutrition software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient/guest satisfaction with the meal ordering process.
• Assist patients in menu selections respecting dietary restrictions and substitutions.
• Obtain overrides to diet restrictions and/or allergies from Diet Specialist or Supervisor.
