Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college preferred.
• California Food Handlers Card or ServSafe within 7 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or nutrition; degree in nutrition/food science can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum patient/guest satisfaction with the meal ordering process.
• Assist patients and caregivers in menu selections per dietary restrictions and substitutions where needed.
• Obtain overrides for diet restrictions or allergies from Diet Specialist or Supervisor.
