Responsibilities

• Accurately Assemble, Distribute and Collect Patient Trays.
• Collects patient trays at the appropriate time and efficiently.
• Cleans wares and equipment used for this purpose.
• Cleans dish machine, dish room and equipment appropriately.
• Responds to patient requests in a timely manner.
• Handles food in a safe manner and observes HACCP plan.
• Passes patient trays in a courteous manner.
• All other tasks as assigned.
