Qualifications

• Ability to read English and follow oral or written instructions.
• At least one year food service or customer service experience required.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred; Food Safety Manager or Serv-Safe certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts.
• Operate food service equipment including slicers, mixers, dish machine, and other equipment.
• Transport food or supplies to patient areas and pass meals trays to patients.
• Clean assigned areas, wash dishes, and maintain sanitation per policy.
• Maintain stock and rotate supplies; perform other duties as assigned.
