Qualifications

• 3–5 years healthcare experience; patient relations, HR, compliance or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with patient rights, complaints and grievances regulations.
• Coordinate materials and updates per TDH, CMS and TJC requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory agencies to address concerns.
• Support Conflict Resolution Program with impartial issue review.
• Document and resolve patient/family issues within required timeframes.
