Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in project coordination, program management, or healthcare operations.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with focus on execution quality and follow-through.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for clear materials and trainings.
• Comfort working with data, reports, lists, and ongoing reporting needs.
• Ability to travel to CenterWell / Conviva Clinics and Leadership Workshops.

Responsibilities

• Program Execution & Coordination: manage day-to-day activities and cross-team tasks to meet deliverables.
• Project Management Support: maintain project plans, provide updates, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Material Preparation: create patient- and staff-facing materials using templates.
• Outreach Readiness & Workflow Coordination: ensure workflows and tools support outreach.
• Training & Readiness Support: prepare materials and run targeted sessions.
• Data & Reporting: compile, validate, and share program data; maintain data integrity.
