Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in project coordination, program management, operations, or similar (healthcare preferred).
• Strong organizational and planning skills with cross-functional coordination.
• High attention to detail and focus on execution quality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and training materials.
• Comfort with data, reporting, and list management.
• Willingness to travel to CenterWell / Conviva Clinics and Leadership Workshops.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of attrition mitigation initiatives across use cases, managing day-to-day activities and coordinating tasks.
• Assist in project intake, tracking, and execution with detailed project plans and stakeholder follow-up.
• Prepare patient-facing and staff-facing materials using templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate workflows, tools, and processes with operations and call center teams for outreach initiatives.
• Prepare materials and facilitate targeted training sessions to enable outreach effectiveness.
• Compile, validate, and share program data and performance updates, maintaining data integrity in tracking tools.
