Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle patient requests and complaints with care and accuracy.
• Read and apply insurance information including co-pays and deductibles.
• Maintain logs, verify records, and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Register patients and verify up-to-date records in CPS; enter data accurately.
