Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Preferred healthcare exposure but not required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple computer systems quickly and accurately.
• Answer phones and gather information efficiently.
• Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused.
• Explain insurance plans and coverage details (training provided).
• Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care moments.
• Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time.
