Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Medical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment, inputting details accurately between physician and nurse check-ins.
• Be compassionate and listen to ease patient anxiety while gathering required information.
• Assist patients to complete their hospital registration in a fast-paced setting, adapting to varying health plans and coverage.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to facilitate smooth patient registration and contribute to patient care goals.
