Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Verify insurance eligibility and PCP on file.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily calendar.
• Handle patient check-in/out and collect copays.
• Process forms in NextGen and update patient records.
• Process daily deposits and batch ledgers.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Maintain patient portals enrollment.
• Complete trainings and assist with Phreesia.
• Be flexible to work at any location as needed.
