Qualifications

• Experience with appointment scheduling preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a physician's office or clinic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients courteously and manage calls.
• Schedule appointments per guidelines.
• Update patient information in the EMR.
• Assist with referrals and back-office tasks as needed.
• Perform routine clinical tasks and minor procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique when needed.
