R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative in Tennessee. You will be the first friendly face at check-in, guiding patients through the registration process and answering questions with empathy.

Training provided; no healthcare background required. This PRN role offers on-site work with a focus on accuracy, speed, and compassionate communication in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Medical or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
