Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3+ years relevant administrative experience; preferred.
• Experience in a matrix organization and complex work environment is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow from point of entry to destination in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Obtains information to generate accurate financial and demographic records for patients to maximize reimbursement and outcomes.
• Schedules appointments, interviews patients for medical and insurance information, explains charges and policies, and collects payments.
• Answers incoming calls and directs patients and visitors appropriately.
