Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow from entry to destination in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Obtains information to create accurate financial and demographic records for patients.
• Schedules appointments, interviews patients, explains charges and policies, validates and enters charges, and collects payments.
• Answers incoming calls and directs patients and visitors appropriately.
