PRRs handle clerical and administrative tasks to support the delivery of quality patient care. They uphold patient confidentiality and follow all relevant regulations to maintain accurate health records.

• Schedule appointments, complete pre-registration tasks, verify demographic and insurance information, and ensure accurate billing.
• Identify the need for clinical healthcare staff triage when necessary.
• Coordinate patient flow, ensuring compliance with HIPAA laws and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the patient care team, provide care coordination services, and contribute to Quality Improvement activities.
• Process prior authorizations, referrals, and provide specialist resource information.
• Track and log patient data accurately.
• Attend required meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

**Physical Requirements:**
