Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle patient check-in and ensure all information is entered accurately.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Process patient charts from admission through discharge.
• Assist with medical records and billing tasks as part of revenue cycle.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure quality patient experience.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Learn ABN process and ensure ABN forms are completed.
• Assist with scanning, filing and processing of medical records.
