Job summary

You will manage data entry, phone communications, and front-desk operations in a fast-paced environment with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, aiming for accurate records and a smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong typing skills/speed.
• Comfort in answering phones and speaking with customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, checks in/out, and registers patients according to procedures.
• Obtains patient demographics and verifies insurance eligibility.
• Provides appointment scheduling and registration support to patients.
• Maintains accurate data entry of patient information.
• Supports clinical staff with necessary patient paperwork.
