Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registrar, you will be responsible for timely and accurate patient registration, interviewing patients, verifying insurance, and collecting patient liabilities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Interviewing patients and obtaining necessary account information.
2. Providing excellent customer service.
3. Ensuring chart accuracy and completeness.
4. Verifying insurance and obtaining pre-certifications.
5. Calculating and collecting patient liabilities.
6. Securing signatures and processing patient charts.
7. Explaining policies regarding services, pricing, and billing.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 1 year of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
