Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registrar, you'll ensure timely, accurate patient registration, interviewing patients and verifying insurance coverage.

Responsibilities include:

• Interviewing patients for account info at workstation or bedside.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Completing and verifying charts and insurance details.
• Obtaining pre-certification/authorization.
• Calculating and collecting patient liabilities.
• Securing necessary signatures and processing charts.
• Explaining policies regarding services, pricing, and billing.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 1 year of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
