Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care seeks a Referral and Scheduling Coordinator to schedule and pre-register patients for exams with external specialists. The role involves clerical and operational support and requires handling patient interactions professionally.

You will work onsite in Daytona Beach, FL, report to the Medical Referrals Supervisor, and keep a strong focus on accurate scheduling and customer service. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 to 5:00, with a compensation range noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of referrals healthcare experience in a clinical setting (Medicare population preferred).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Proficient in medical terminology and. knowledge of EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and pre-registers patients for exams and procedures with outside specialists.
• Manages incoming and outgoing calls ~80% of the time.
• Reports to the Medical Referrals Supervisor.
