Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking a Referral and Scheduling Coordinator to pre-register patients for exams and procedures with outside specialists and providers. You will handle semi-routine administrative tasks and report to the Medical Referrals Supervisor.

The role requires 2+ years of referral healthcare experience, proficiency in medical terminology, Word/Excel/Outlook, and EMR systems, plus strong patient communication. TB screening is part of the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on referral healthcare experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficient with medical terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
• Excellent professional communication abilities with patients and staff.
• Must be willing to be screened for TB.
