Qualifications

• Experience with EMR/HER systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient service and greet patients warmly.
• Answer phones in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage appointment entry, scheduling and rescheduling.
• Use EMR/HER messaging and Radix system for communications.
• Maintain referrals in Leading Reach and process online requests in Phreesia.
• Serve as liaison for managed services and referring providers.
• Attend office meetings and keep the workspace neat and organized.
