Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required with a minimum of 3 years’ related experience.
• 3 years’ experience in healthcare or clinical research recruitment and patient engagement is required.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop onsite patient liaison team to meet recruitment targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with site, regional teams, investigators, and marketing.
• Oversee CTMS to track no-shows, DNQs, and enrollment data.
• Coordinate community outreach and referral initiatives.
