Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Patient Programs coordinator to develop and manage programs and experiences for prospective Inspire therapy patients. The role emphasizes customer service and cross-functional execution to reduce friction in the care pathway and ensure a positive patient experience.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and field teams, becoming an expert in scheduling methods and contributing to program improvements with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in business, marketing programs, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Inspire Advisor Care Program leadership to build efficient pathways to therapy consultations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors while communicating clearly and promptly.
• Assist with day-to-day management of the Advisor Care Program.
