Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems seeks a Patient Programs coordinator to develop, manage, and optimize experiences for prospective Inspire therapy patients. You will work cross-functionally to reduce care-pathway friction and ensure a positive patient journey.

This role requires strong communication, project management, and analytical skills to partner with Advisor Care leadership, sales, and marketing on scheduling, physician listings, and reports, ultimately enhancing patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in business, marketing programs, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or call center operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Inspire Advisor Care Program leadership to build efficient pathways to Inspire therapy consultations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors with clear, concise communication.
• Assist with day-to-day management of the Advisor Care Program.
• Assist with physician listings on InspireSleep.com and related changes.
• Manage Advisor Care Program escalation list to ensure timely scheduling and positive experience.
