Job summary

The Field Clinical Representative at Inspire Medical Systems provides technical and clinical support to ensure safe adoption of Inspire therapy. You will work with physicians, clinics, and Inspire staff to drive procedural success.

Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in clinical/medical device fields (or equivalent) and ability to travel. You will deliver education, assist in device troubleshooting, and stay current with clinical evidence while collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related clinical, healthcare or medical device industry experience (OR) Bachelor's degree with 1+ years Inspire experience (OR) an Associates' degree or Professional Certification and 5+ years of related clinical/healthcare or medical device industry experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.
• Travel ability including overnights as needed within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and at device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to assigned hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical leadership and education in assigned region to account clinical staff.
• Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews, in servicing and support.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales personnel on appropriate training/support for targeted customers.
• Proactively disseminate peer-reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and assigned sales team as needed.
• Provide technical expertise for assigned regional education and training activities.
• Stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.
