Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Patient Programs professional to develop, manage, and optimize programs and experiences for prospective Inspire therapy patients. The role centers on a customer-service mindset while working cross-functionally to streamline the care pathway and ensure a positive patient journey.

The candidate will partner with care leadership, sales, and marketing to reduce friction and strengthen the advisor program across clinics and national partners.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Inspire Advisor Care Program leadership to build efficient pathways to therapy consultations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors with clear, timely communication.
• Assist with day-to-day management of the Advisor Care Program.
• Assist with updates to InspireSleep.com physician listings.
• Manage Advisor Care Program escalation list for timely scheduling.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve customer and physician experience.
• Lead training for Inspire Field Team to execute programs effectively.
