Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to provide technical and clinical expertise for adoption of Inspire therapy.

You will support implant procedures, device activation, and post-training follow-up while collaborating with sales and healthcare staff across assigned regions. The role requires clinical communication, travel within the territory, and ongoing education to maintain credentialing.

Qualifications

• Communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.
• Proficient with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and at device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to hospitals and clinics.
• Lead education for account clinical staff in the region.
• Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews and inservicing.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales for training and support.
• Disseminate peer-reviewed clinical information to customers and sales team.
• Support regional education and training activities.
• Stay current on relevant publications and clinical evidence.
