Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Washington state is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to serve as the initial contact for patients and families, greeting and assisting them in a professional, supportive manner.

You will coordinate admissions and transitions across levels of care, support treatment teams administratively, and ensure timely distribution of treatment plans and patient engagement surveys to help sustain a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and Patient Transitions: send welcome emails and coordinate with treatment teams.
• Administrative Duties: greet visitors, manage records, and coordinate mail and supplies.
• Program Support: coordinate outside medical appointments as directed by staff.
