Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and families, ensuring a professional and supportive welcome. You will coordinate admissions and transitions across levels of care, while providing essential administrative support to treatment teams.

The role includes coordinating outside medical appointments, managing scheduling, and ensuring timely distribution of treatment plan assessments and patient engagement surveys.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and patient transitions coordination and supporting a positive patient experience.
• Administrative duties including greeting visitors, managing mail, and scheduling spaces.
• Coordinate outside medical appointments and treatment plan assessments as directed by staff.
