Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Seattle is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to be the first contact for patients, families, and the public, ensuring a welcoming, professional experience. You will coordinate admissions and transitions across care levels and support treatment teams with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling confidential information, coordinating transportation, and facilitating timely completion of treatment plan assessments and patient engagement surveys.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and patient transitions coordination.
• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
• Coordinate transportation and discharge/ transfers to other treatment facilities.
• Assist with medical records entry, onboarding, and form handling.
• Support treatment teams with treatment plan assessments and patient engagement surveys.
