Job summary

Mind Body Optimization is seeking a Patient Onboarding Coordinator to be the first contact for individuals seeking behavioral health services. You will educate patients on services, guide them toward assessments, and coordinate intake within a compassionate, HIPAA-compliant framework.

Ideal candidates have an associate’s degree or 1 year of admin experience and are proficient with Microsoft Office. This on-site role offers a 40-hour workweek and a starting salary of $41,600 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 1 year of administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for prospective patients and families by phone and online inquiries.
• Educate patients on services, treatment options and program benefits.
• Coordinate intake appointments and ensure smooth onboarding process.
• Collect and document patient information accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams for appropriate patient placement.
