HALO Precision Diagnostics seeks a dedicated Patient Navigator Float to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing and phlebotomy. You will educate patients, coordinate care, and support partner sites while maintaining compassionate, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with clinical experience.
• 2+ years in clinical roles including front or back office.
• 2+ years handling insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with genetic specimen collection.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing processes.
• Educate patients about testing steps and procedures.
• Serve as primary patient contact for education and support.
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on patient cases; ensure timely communication.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for testing.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
