Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient mobility and transfers as directed by clinical staff.
• Support mobility treatment activities per Progressive Mobility Protocol (PMP).
• Document patient care in EPIC and maintain timely records.
• Inspect, maintain and clean equipment; manage supplies.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and physicians; communicate patient responses.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient status.
