Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred - High School diploma or equivalent.
• Required - None; 1 year patient care experience preferred.
• 6 months therapy experience or nursing student rotation is a plus.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with mobility tasks and transfers as directed by clinical staff.
• Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and related activities per care plan.
• Document patient information and activities in EPIC per PMP.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean equipment; manage supplies.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and physicians on mobility needs.
• Identify process improvements to support quality and safety goals.
• Support data collection for quality projects and unit tasks.
