Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient mobility and ambulation as directed.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapy, and physicians to aid mobility.
• Document patient care in EPIC per Progressive Mobility Protocol (PMP).
• Inspect, maintain, disinfect, and supply equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care procedures.
• Identify opportunities for quality and safety improvements on the unit.
