Qualifications

• Therapy experience of 6 months preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and EPIC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation as directed.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and physicians on mobility plans.
• Document patient care in EPIC and gather pertinent information.
• Inspect, maintain, and store mobility equipment; ensure infection control.
• Support quality and safety targets and participate in process improvements.
• Prioritize daily tasks and communicate with interprofessional team.
