• Secure access to medication therapy for patients alongside medical, nursing and pharmacy staff.
• Troubleshoot medical and pharmacy benefits; assist with grant/copay programs.
• Support medication adherence and patient education in a fast-paced setting.
• Act as a resource and advocate to improve patient care and experience.
