Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of food services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food production and patient meal service staff.
• Oversee daily operations of food receiving, storage, production and service.
• Ensure adequate staffing and maintain orderly processes.
• Monitor equipment, meal tray lines and patient meal delivery for smooth operations.
• Circulate through storage, preparation areas and dish room to ensure sanitation.
• Swing shift/relief supervisor role with varied day and evening hours.
