• Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Office and email.
• Experience in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of patient meal services and dining areas.
• Collaborates with nursing to educate staff and ensure diet orders are followed.
• Leads training on therapeutic diets and works with frontline caregivers.
• Implements clinical best practices to balance care quality and costs.
• Provides HR functions: hiring, training, mentoring, evaluating, and discipline.
• Monitors food safety and regulatory compliance; manages quality and satisfaction.
• Communicates nutrition expertise to clinical teams and addresses patient diet concerns.
