You will assist with meal ordering, tray delivery, and inventory, while promoting excellent customer service across assigned units in central Illinois.

Qualifications

• ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training within 30 days.
• Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answers patient inquiries about menus, diet restrictions, and meal preparation.
• Delivers nutrition supplies to units and assists with meal ordering.
• Assists with meal tray delivery/collection and documents meal consumption.
• Performs meal satisfaction rounds and communicates issues to staff.
