Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking a position to assist with tray line and meals, and to clean pots, pans, lids, and patient trays. The role involves assembling trays, delivering meals, sanitation, and maintaining records with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The candidate should be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, and must meet age and work permit requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 to 17 years of age.
• Valid work permit prior to beginning employment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Adheres to the policies, standards, and guidelines set forth by Joint Commission, State of Ohio, Sodexo and BVHS.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Food Assembly: Assembles and checks trays accurately according to Room Service Guidelines and Standards.
• Delivers meal trays to patients according to tray passing procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstation per regulatory guidelines.
• Maintains accurate record keeping for food temperatures, equipment, and production logs.
• Attends monthly safety inservices and participates in daily safety practices.
• Attends meetings monthly and completes required documentation.
