• Maintains sanitation of workstation per regulatory agencies.
• Keeps accurate records of food temperatures, equipment and production logs.
• Initiates assignments promptly and meets deadlines.
• Attends monthly safety inservices and follows safety protocols.
• Attends monthly meetings and completes required documentation.
