The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English literacy, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Delivers, serves, and retrieves food trays/carts in a courteous, safe, and sanitary manner following proper protocol.
• Contributes to patient and customer satisfaction by meeting service and quality standards.
• Stores and distributes food, supplies, and equipment around the hospital department.
• Maintains sanitation ratings and adheres to health and safety policies.
• Completes required in-service and compliance trainings and participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Communicates with nursing staff and assists as needed to support meal delivery and department operations.
