Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist patients with menu selections and provide meal service aligned with physician-ordered diets. You will coordinate with nursing to ensure timely delivery and accuracy while upholding safety and patient satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience. The role is fast-paced and requires effective communication with patients and staff to manage dietary restrictions

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
One year customer service related experience.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Responsabilités

Ensures patient meal process is completed on time as per schedule.
Assists with patient/guest satisfaction initiatives.
Resolves, refers, and/or reports service quality issues as appropriate.
Assembles patient meal trays based on menu selections per dietary requirements.
Collaborates with nursing units to enhance the patient experience.
Receives and responds to phone calls regarding patient and guest meal orders.
Maintains and documents food preferences, diet orders and allergies.
Helps patients to make menu selections that comply with their dietary requirements.
